Eddie Karam
President
After completing a BBA at the University of Texas at El Paso Mr. Karam received a license to broker real estate from the Texas Real Estate Commission and began his varied career. Brokerage, construction, development and renovation in both residential and commercial properties have been his forte since 1974. He has been involved in virtually every aspect of the business; however, his accomplishments in turning depressed properties into income producing assets are legendary. Community involvement has included terms on the Zoning Board of Adjustment, the Airport Board, City Charter Re-write Committee and the Vestry and Trust Committee of the Church of St. Clement.
Now residing in Austin, Texas, he sits on a Municipal Utility District Board and the property search committee for Gateway Community Church and remains actively involved in community and real estate organizations.
Ronda Karam
Vice President
As Vice President, Ronda brings more than 20 years of business experience, leadership and management skills to the company. Known as a successful businesswoman in the El Paso and Austin markets she is highly respected and sought after for her advice. Overseeing the day to day operations of the company has provided Ronda with a broad knowledge of the real estate industry. She is an active volunteer in the community and is President of the Newcomer’s Club in Austin.
Karly Karam Glenn
Secretary/Treasurer
Karly assumed treasury duties for the Karam Company in May of 2003. She attended classes at Texas Tech and ultimately earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000 with an emphasis in Actuarial Studies and a minor in Business. Her experience as a Junior Actuary for National Health Insurance Corporation in Dallas and Tax Specialist at the Texas State Comptroller’s office in Austin brings an analytical prowess to the Karam Company’s roster. Karly is a licensed Real Estate agent in Texas and a member of the El Paso Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and she is a member of the CCIM chapters in both El Paso and Austin. She is currently a CCIM candidate having completed CI - 101, CI - 102, CI - 103 and CI-104. She plans to be a designee in late 2010.

Doug Borrett
Associate
Doug is the Karam Company’s “Special Projects Coordinator.” With thirty four years experience in real estate and construction Doug’s specialties are in designing and supervising the multiple ongoing development projects. He currently supervises the Karam Company investment portfolio, which includes foreclosures, bank repos, surplus land and tax sale properties while also engaging in the acquisition of non-performing mortgage loans. Doug’s job is to turn around the acquired properties through remodeling and vision, reselling them for a profit.
Stan Okies
Associate
Stan has been involved in the real estate industry since 1984 with most of his experience in the commercial field since 1990 and with the Karam Company since 1999. Involved in the sales and leasing of all commercial areas, land and investment properties. He is comfortable negotiating with national as well as local companies. Stan loves working with and representing clients while providing them with the pertinent information and tools necessary to help them achieve their goals.

Stan is a native Texan, born in El Paso. He attended Mesita Elementary School, El Paso High School and Texas Western College (now The University of Texas at El Paso), pursuing a BBA. Stan and his wife Bonnie reside in El Paso, have been married over 25 years and have a son, Jonathan, who attends Texas Christian University.

Madeline Graham, Realtor

Madeline specializes in residential real estate in Austin and Central Texas. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has 10 years experience as a Realtor. Her previous career experience includes marketing, editing and legislative and legal research. As a Realtor, she has represented both Buyers and Sellers in sales totaling over $22,000,000. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or clients selling million-dollar-plus properties, Madeline strives to represent her clients with diligence and integrity and provide service above and beyond their expectations. She is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
