The Karam Company has over seventy years experience in Real Estate and related ventures, including business management, note collections and property management. From inception, it has been a closely held family corporation with various family members assuming leadership positions.

Today the Karam Company continues its business model as a real estate investment company and licensed Real Estate Brokerage by creating partnerships to invest in Real Property. These strategic alliances make the Company both vertically and horizontally integrated, which means you can count on stability based on diversification.

Business Lines

In addition to the Company's past experience with commercial projects, the officers have honed their Brokerage skills to better assist individuals and entities with identifying, consummating, or negotiating a transaction with specific investment objectives. The Company has also cultivated a portfolio of Investments which follow a fundamental investing philosophy: an investment is only considered attractive if it shows financial promise and does not disproportionately allocate the assets of the portfolio with respect to time.
